“I’ve had the pleasure of tasting Paramita’s food two years in a row at a SF fundraiser called Culinary Inspirations. Her energy and love for food really comes through in her ability to blend flavors. Her Indian twist on an Italian classic, bruschetta, had my husband and I going back for seconds, actually even thirds! Her corn, potato and parsley poppers with a side of mustard chili cilantro slaw were also a huge hit. Everything she creates is like a flavor explosion! I haven’t been to the restaurant yet, but look forward to trying it very soon. (If only we lived closer I know it would be our new favorite go-to spot!) Also, I noticed they have some great Belgian beers available, extra bonus! Thanks to Chef Paramita and her community support of California Youth Connection over the years.
